Update 0.9.12 REFLECT Reborn: Escalating Power, New Onboarding, and UI/Localization Polish

A new update is live with a major REFLECT redesign, a brand new instructions screen for onboarding, and a bunch of clarity/QoL improvements across UI + localization.
Major Changes
- REFLECT Program Rework
- REFLECT now has escalating cost + escalating power within a sector.
- Cost per use:
2 + (uses × 2)Flux - Reflected damage:
1 + uses - Stacks reset when entering a new sector.
- Program card UI now displays the dynamic values (with an escalation indicator).
New Player Experience
- New Instructions Screen
- Shown after the title screen to teach core controls + mechanics.
- Toggleable: press
Ion the title/instructions screen to enable/disable. - Fully localized: EN / DE / ZH / JA, with in game keyboard icon sprites.
UI / Controls / Clarity
- Wording updates + localization polish
- Consistent messaging for SPACE = BASIC ATTACK (and improved German phrasing).
- Shop input hints updated
- Up/Down (W/S) selects shop programs.
- Left/Right (A/D) cycles payment type (Flux / HP / Charge).
Technical / Behind the Scenes
- Added REFLECT constants + helper procs, updated damage handling, and refreshed localized strings across all supported languages.
