Prestige Requirements Redesign
Terminal Colony: Deep Core » Devlog
The current prestige system uses a single requirement (1000m depth + 50 crystals), which:
- Becomes repetitive after multiple prestiges
- Doesn't scale with player progression
- Ignores other resource types
- Lacks variety and strategic choices
multi-resource prestige system with:
- Different requirements for each prestige level
- Multiple resource types involved
- Scaling difficulty
- Strategic choices for players
- Better integration with game progression
After testing and fixing some bugs in the old system, I decided to improve and redesign it.
