Improved save system and quality of life changes

A player suggested improving the save system and its interval. Based on that feedback, I changed it so the game now only saves when the player does it manually or when the game is closing.
While reworking the system, I also discovered a few potential exploits caused by some data not being saved correctly.
Those issues are now fixed, and I’ve added backward compatibility so old saves from previous versions still work.
Big thanks to the player who pointed this out and helped make the game better overall!
