Uranium Progression Rework: Prospecting Gate + Endgame Fixes


Due to player feedback, I decided to add some extra improvements and fixes aimed at smoothing out both the overall progression and the endgame experience.

Uranium discovery from workers is now properly gated so it can’t show up too early and fast track energy progression. 

DarkMiners will no longer “luck into” uranium until you’ve both researched the new tech Uranium Prospecting and reached the Mantle layer (roughly 500m+). This turns uranium into a deliberate mid game milestone: push depth → unlock research → start finding deposits.

To unlock Uranium Prospecting, you’ll need 400m depth, Deep Drilling researched, and at least 5 workers, then pay 5000 data / 1000 blocks / 50 crystals with a 90s research timer. 

Once active , DarkMiners get a small per tick chance to discover a deposit. Discoveries now trigger an interactive Uranium Extraction event instead of instantly granting uranium, and a new discovery won’t trigger if an extraction event is already active. 

Big thanks to the player who reported these bugs and issues and stuck with the game all the way into the endgame.
